The celestial body with the most elliptical orbit is:?

A comet. Because the sun (one of the 2 focal points of a comet's elliptical orbit) is so close to the edge of the orbit, it elongates the overall orbit into the most elliptical shape of the 4 options. None of the other options come close enough to the sun for the same effect to be as strong.
