How will Doctor Who change when Steven Moffat replaces Russel. T Davies as Executive producer?

I think it can only be considered as a great move, and I must be honest when I say that, all credit for bringing DW back with a bang, but RTD is not one of the strongest writers in the history of TV. Moffat, and you have already cited his genius above, thinks outside the box, there's more than the weak, easy bring back the daleks/cybermen for the season finale and more than RTD's typical deus ex machina endings. Five minutes to go, and no obvious solution? Oh well, we'll just flick this switch and the paradox will fall apart and everything will go back to the way it was before and none of this will have happened and the last year will be wiped out (and that's one of the better examples too). And as much as I enjoyed last years three part finale, the ending did let it down a bit.
