What can the law do here?

I have bad credit wasnt able to get a loan for college because my fathers debts were placed on my credt we have the same name. Took me about 2 years to realize how to fix that. Because of that all my ideals and goals went to trash. So what happens when your ideals go to trash? You suffer from depression, and possibly of a pyschotic episode. Alraedy suffering from depression from youth because of emotional abuse I feel like im getting closer to being free going to college and on my way to find a career. Than it goes down,can't pay, working at a fast food restaurant with people that have a goal to retire and die so they see the new guy and say to themselves hey weve been working long we wont get fired so they just let them work their buts off while they sit in the back. While trying to earn for college they dont care they didnt get the opportunity why should I.So all in all I quit having enough of their injustice and no support devaluing all of my work. Besides that the stress they add on me increasing my episode which will soon blossom to the point of being instituted for a good week after quitting for 4 months while having my father to pay my rent though I never considered it only to realize he's been speaking behind my back of how I am irresponsible and lazy. If he only knew the suffering Ive gone through because of his ignorance and lack of compion. Im 21 went to the dentist twice last time was when i was 13 I cant even afford to go now. My dad owns a business yet all his money goes to other people but his child. Wanted braces when my mother still lived with my father,having money than they rejected saying it was painful so as to scare me away and not ask again. Like a child I dont know better. Well after being instituted I am left with a bill of 35k thanks to charity they pay it off leaving me with $600 well I cant even afford to pay that off. My father is no help, my mother far off when she abandoned the home when i was 16. All I can say is what can the law do? If I were to charge someone who should I charge? the goverment itself for not looking after their citizens? For now im just an illegal like when my father came to this country poor and homeless looking for a start living only off a few treasure that I reaped from another country that I have to soon give away in hopes for more. 21 and still have dream to have a home and career but still unable to get any credit and car insurance or job. Living off some company that allows illegals as if I were one of them. Still the goverment wont look upon their citizen and say here is a reward for your righteous suffering. For your determination and strive to survive, and hope for the american dream which to me is a life of prosperity of all things. No they look away making millions giving it to animals who somehow now are more valuable than a soul in despair and poverty. They are those who strive for something simple they are happy with that and they are those who strive for somethign heavenly like me we are joyful and suffer for that yet have our hope in Christ to accomplish that.
