Should EU countries help America raise their standard of living and solve poverty?

Some are very rich but the majority are poor, dont have adequate healthcare, eat unhealthy food to get by, work until they die because they need medicine they can berely afford, living under huge debt they never pay off, and are in general just miserable. Should EU countries take steps to help our American brothers raise their standard of living; remember, they liberated us and now they need our help. We should liberate them. Sorry for my english.
