Personal loan help please!!!?

ok so il start by saying i had 3 credit cards for about a year and they were on bad terms for about 4 months. i just payed all of them off with my tax return. i also have a car loan with a co-signer that i had for about a year and never missed a payment. now i need a personal loan for around may because i want to buy a street bike and was wondering if my credit would be ok by then and if il get approved. please help..........ps. im 19
