Iwant to know the rate of Chevrolet old type Camaro 1976 to 1980 module ?

What module? The ignition modules in the distributor can go bad and the vacuum modules for the transmissions can also go bad. What is wrong with the car? I have read in some chevy forums that even a new aftermarket ignition module can go bad in a matter of a few months. The vacuum modules that control the transmission shifts can last for 10 years or more!
