Breathing sounds in my room at night?

Okay so I keep hearing this breathing sound in my room at night, only heard it a few times though. Its like a 'hoo' kinda sound, like exhaling. i dont really hear inhaling. I held my breath for like 40 seconds and my cats were locked downstairs. I believe in ghosts and stuff. Ideas?
