Please help. Have no reasons to meet him after internship ends?

There's no shame in telling him you'd like to keep in touch. Why not ask to meet up for a coffee sometime so you can catch up on what's happened since the internship ended. How that goes will give you a good idea whether there's any future in the relationship.
