What do you think of Marion Cotillard’s dress at the 2010 Palm Springs International Film Festival?

Actually I beg to differ. It's black, short, and off the shoulder. There is nothing terribly striking about it at all. She looks, quite frankly, boring. That's not to say she doesn't look nice, but otherwise very dull.
